How It Works

A simple, honest coaching cycle.

Good coaching should feel responsive and personal. The structure exists around the conversation, not inside it.

The journey, at a glance.

  1. 1Agree
  2. 2Access
  3. 3Baseline
  4. 4Coach and act
  5. 5Review
  6. 6Learn

Two pathways, one private journey.

Choose a route to see how access begins. The coaching itself stays the same.

The employee privately requests coaching. Will reviews each request and releases booking access. The organisation sees programme utilisation, not who requested support.

  1. 1Private application
  2. 2Coach review and access approval
  3. 3Starting point reflection (10 diagnostic items)
  4. 4Session one — agreed action
  5. 5Short pre-session check-in before later sessions
  6. 6Sessions two and three
  7. 7Closing reflection
  8. 8Private personal progress

Two balanced dimensions.

Performance and Contentment are measured independently, so progress in one is never mistaken for the other.

Performance

  • Clarity and focus
  • Confidence and courage
  • Prioritisation
  • Follow-through
  • Perceived effectiveness

Contentment

  • Energy and recovery
  • Stress and regulation
  • Workload sustainability
  • Meaning and alignment
  • General satisfaction

The personal evidence cycle.

Each coaching cycle moves through the same honest sequence — private to the participant.

Why five matters.

Aggregate reporting only appears once enough eligible participants exist — protecting everyone in a small group.

Minimum eligible participants

Threshold met — aggregate reporting becomes available, once Will approves the themes for release.

Below five eligible, distinct participants, no aggregate movement is released. Individual results are never shared.
